How much space is required to set-up the exhibits? (corporate or public events)

We require a 30x 40 ft area for both the Pony Ride and Petting Zoo
Petting Zoo Only requires a 20 x 12 area
Pony Ride only requires a 20X20 area
Cotton candy, Sno Cone, or Pop Corn Stands require a 10x10 area.

Do you need a grass area to set up?

When possible, grass and natural shade is highly appreciated, although its not necessary. We are fully self contained and can provide our own shade and grass if needed. We also clean up and dispose of any waste/garbage.   

Do you carry liability insurance?

Yes we do! we have a two million dollar liability policy, and can provide a (COI) Certificate of Additional Insured upon request.

What types of payments do you accept and is there a deposit required?

We accept Company Check, Cash, Zelle, CashApp, or Square (4% surcharge).
Yes a deposit is required, depending on the type of event it can range from $50.00 to$100.00 to reserve your event date.  

Do you have an age and weight restriction policy?

There is no age restriction for the petting zoo, however we do recommend that an adult accompany children under the age of 4. If no adult is available our staff will be happy to accompany the child.

In order to ensure the health and safety of both the rider and our ponies we do have a weight restriction of 100#  for the pony ride.
